Net home properties solution is duly registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority and, pursuant to the provisions of the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority Act of 1976, holds a Fidelity Fund Certificate in compliance with the provisions of Sections 26, 27, 28, 33(1)(e) and (f) of the aforesaid act.
Net home properties solution is further duly registered in terms of the Companies Act, as a fully compliant company in South Africa.
